The Note Cubby app and online service implement the best measure to ensure that your privacy is protected at all times. The treatment of data you save or transmit is outlined below:

• Standard log data (IP address, operating system, platform, and timestamp) are recorded when utilizing cloud-related activities such as registering an account, signing into your account, synchronizing notes.
• Your username and email address is not disclosed to any third parties. This information may be disclosed if required by law such as in a response to a court order.
• Except in the case of notes that you expressly indicate you would like shared publicly all notes are kept private.
• Note Cubby is not directed to persons under the age of 13. If you become aware that you child has provided us with personal information withour your consent, please contact support@notecubby.com.
