The following terms highlight the terms you agree to when using the Note Cubby app and online service.

• You are responsible for guarding the password that you used for cloud accounts or password protected notes.
• You retain the rights to any content that you post.
• You are responsible for any content that is stored in your cloud account whether it is private or public.
• You accept that cloud services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
• You do not hold the Note Cubby app or service responsible for the loss of any profits, revenues or good-will, and the aggregate liability not exceeding the price paid for the app.
